Planning and Environment

We have an excellent reputation for providing training for experts involved in the planning process. These interactive workshops are targeted to give participants the knowledge and skills they need to communicate effectively in all three planning appeal procedures: Written Representations, Informal Hearing and Public Inquiries.

For training witnesses in presenting evidence at Hearings or Inquiry, we work with a team of highly skilled planning barristers who share their knowledge and expertise with participants. We have also researched the evidential requirements of Planning Inspectors, to target those skills that help Inspectors to apprehend the key-points in the case and the rationale underlying the expert opinions expressed.
