Introduction

In professional life, we all meet people who stand out – even when surrounded by equally qualified colleagues. Most often, we are left wondering what it is that makes the difference and unable to identify it, we assume good connections, good fortune or good genes.

This interactive workshop is for engineers who want to achieve excellent professional performance. We will suggest that achieving our goals is built from a series of grounded choices that we can each make. From these choices we are able to develop behavioural strategies that transform ourselves personally and professionally. By discovering new ways of thinking, feeling and acting, we can steadily increase our motivation, develop more powerful life-strategies and become more dynamic in our outlook and attitude.

This workshop will introduce simple but effective techniques for participants to develop their potential.
